Controlled Processing Timelines
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are typically processed the same day or within one business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on USPS-observed postal holidays are generally processed within two business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on USPS-recognized postal holidays.
Processing timelines refer to internal order verification, documentation reconciliation, protective packaging procedures, and carrier transfer authorization. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
