1. Research Use

All materials are supplied exclusively for laboratory research, analytical, and investigational purposes. Not intended for human or veterinary use, therapeutic application, diagnostic procedures, or consumer use of any kind.

By accessing this platform or placing an order, you acknowledge that all materials will be handled only by qualified research personnel operating within appropriate laboratory environments. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority within their jurisdiction.

2. Purchaser Responsibility

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for regulatory compliance, material handling, storage conditions, laboratory procedures, and use of distributed compounds. Icarus Peptides is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, unauthorized application, or use inconsistent with applicable laws or laboratory standards.

3. Analytical Documentation

All production lots undergo batch-specific analytical review prior to release. Available documentation may include Certificate of Analysis (COA) records, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) data, Mass Spectrometry (MS) reference data, and associated batch identification records.

Analytical results reflect the testing conditions and methodologies utilized at the time of evaluation.

4. Orders & Distribution

Icarus Peptides reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, cancel orders, or restrict platform access where necessary. Distribution availability may vary based on regional regulations, shipping restrictions, payment verification requirements, or internal compliance procedures.

5. Shipping & Transit

Orders are processed according to standard operational timelines following payment verification. Once transferred to a carrier network, transit operations fall under carrier responsibility. Delivery delays, customs processing, or transit interruptions may occur outside direct operational control.

Purchasers are responsible for verifying import compliance within their jurisdiction prior to placing an order. All logistics, digital analytical documentation, and QR-verification access are governed by our secondary Shipping and Return policies.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return requests may require prior authorization. Materials that have been opened, improperly stored, or exposed to uncontrolled handling environments may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund. Additional return conditions may apply depending on product classification and order status.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Icarus Peptides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or research-related damages arising from the handling, storage, or use of distributed materials.

All materials are supplied on an “as-is” basis for research purposes only. Purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Icarus Peptides and its affiliates from claims or liabilities arising from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized application, or regulatory non-compliance associated with distributed materials.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including branding, graphics, text, documentation formats, and digital assets, remains the intellectual property of Icarus Peptides unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of platform materials is prohibited.

Automated data extraction, scraping, or unauthorized indexing of batch verification records is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Modifications

Icarus Peptides reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continuous use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
